Earl Grey Peach – A Refreshing Summer Treat

There’s something magical about summer peaches, juicy, fragrant, and naturally sweet. At FromAtoZ, we love finding simple ways to elevate seasonal fruit, and this recipe is one of our absolute favorites. Inspired by the citrusy aroma of Earl Grey tea, these peaches are light, refreshing, and perfect for warm days.

The idea of serving fruit with yoghurt actually came to us while traveling in Greece. One evening in Mykonos, we were given a simple dessert: thick Greek yoghurt drizzled with honey and topped with fresh oranges. It was proof that the best things often need very little to shine. Back home, we reimagined that memory with peaches and a hint of tea, and the result is this recipe chilled, fragrant, and a little unexpected.

The best part? It takes just a few minutes to prepare, and the fridge does the rest of the work. Overnight, the peaches soak up the tea’s bergamot notes and the gentle sweetness of honey, turning into a treat that feels both elegant and effortless.

Ingredients

– 12 flat peaches (ripe but firm)

– 3 bags of Earl Grey tea

– 1 tablespoon of honey

Method

1.Peel the peaches and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

2. Cut open the tea bags and sprinkle the loose tea leaves over the peaches.

3. Add the honey and gently mix until everything is well combined.

4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight to let the flavors meld.

5. Serve chilled the next day, either on its own or with your favorite extras.
